Privacy policy
This policy describes what information the Godelicieux platform collects when you use it to generate food content, how that information is used, and how you can exercise rights over it.
1. What we collect
The platform collects three families of information, kept plainly for the purpose of running the service you signed up for.
Account information
- Name and work email you provide at sign-up.
- Restaurant or brand name, city, and business type.
- Role assigned to a user inside your account.
Kitchen inputs
- Dish photos, recipe outlines, and dish descriptions you upload.
- Brand voice profiles you configure - tone, vocabulary, dietary conventions.
- Marketplace and menu templates you paste in as reference.
Kitchen outputs and usage
- Content generated by the platform for your account - videos, copy, captions, dietary tags.
- Access and audit logs recording who inside your account did what and when.
- Aggregated, non-identifying platform usage data used to improve performance and reliability.
2. How we use it
We use the information above only to run the platform, keep your account secure, respond to support requests, meet legal obligations, and improve the reliability of the service. Recipes, voice profiles, and generated content belong to you and are used to serve your own account. They are not used to train models available outside your account and are not sold to any third party.
3. How long we hold it
- Working data - held while the account is active.
- Deleted dishes and profiles - purged within 30 days of a deletion request.
- Account closure - full purge within 60 days of closure, minus records that law requires us to retain, such as invoicing.
4. Who sees it
Access to your kitchen inputs and outputs is limited to authorised users inside your account and to Godelicieux staff acting on a support request you initiated. All internal access is logged and time-bound. Sub-brand content on the Brand plan is isolated from other sub-brands under the same account.
5. Sub-processors
The platform runs on cloud infrastructure operated by well-known cloud providers, and uses a small set of processors for email delivery, payment processing, and error monitoring. A current list of sub-processors is available on written request from an account administrator.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or later, and encrypted at rest using AES-256. Keys are managed by the underlying cloud provider and rotated on a scheduled cadence. Godelicieux staff access to customer content is limited, logged, and never used to train models outside your account.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information held about you or your account by writing to the sales inbox listed on the contact page. Requests are answered within statutory response windows wherever they apply.
8. Cookies and telemetry
The marketing site uses a small set of cookies for basic session handling and anonymous, aggregated analytics. The application itself uses cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your workspace preferences.
9. Children
The platform is intended for use by food businesses. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, a summary of what changed and when it takes effect is posted here. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect indicates acceptance of the change.
