Terms of service

1. The service

Godelicieux is a content platform built for food businesses. It takes dish photos, recipe outlines, and brand voice profiles you provide and generates recipe videos, menu descriptions, social captions, and dietary information for use inside your business.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that takes place under your account. Use of the service by staff members and contractors under your account is your responsibility.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the dish photos, recipes, and brand voice profiles you upload, and to the content the platform generates for your account. You grant Godelicieux a limited licence to process these inputs only for the purpose of operating the platform on your behalf.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use the service to publish claims that are misleading, unsafe, or unlawful.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer the service or scrape its interfaces.
• Do not use the service to generate content that violates the rights of any third party.

5. Menu and nutritional accuracy

The platform generates menu copy from the dish you describe and never invents ingredients you did not provide. Nutritional and dietary outputs are estimates with a stated range - typically around 12 percent - and are suitable for menu use. Where a formal, lab-verified nutritional panel is required by law - for example on packaged retail products - it remains your responsibility to obtain that panel, and the platform flags such cases rather than stamping a verified figure.

6. Fees and billing

Plan pricing, billing frequency, and any usage limits are set out in the order form or online plan you accept. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay when due may result in suspension of the account.

7. Suspension and termination

Either party may terminate for material breach that is not cured within a reasonable period after notice. Godelicieux may suspend an account with reasonable notice where continued use presents a security or legal risk.

8. Warranties

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Beyond the uptime and support commitments in an active order form, the service is offered without additional warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and each party’s aggregate liability under these terms is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the confidential information of the other with at least the same care it uses for its own confidential information, and only for the purposes of operating the service or using it as intended.

11. Changes

If these terms change, a summary of what changed is posted here. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect indicates acceptance of the change.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
